Digital Products
Our digital products include:

Instant Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically and become available immediately after your payment has been successfully processed. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing your download links or access instructions, and/or access to your purchased files through your customer account (where applicable).
There are no shipping charges, no postal delivery, and no waiting time for digital products.
Paperback Books
Our paperback books are professionally printed on demand and fulfilled through Lulu Direct. Each copy is printed especially for you after your order is placed, helping reduce waste while ensuring you receive a brand-new, high-quality paperback. Because every book is made to order, production begins shortly after your purchase has been confirmed.

Delivery estimates begin after printing has been completed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery destination. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be sent by email once your paperback has been printed and dispatched. Please allow a short period after shipping for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. NextGen Reads cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
Damaged or Defective Books
If your paperback arrives damaged, contains printing defects, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
If the issue is confirmed, we'll work with Lulu Direct to arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.
International Shipping
Digital products are available worldwide. Printed paperbacks are shipped to many countries through Lulu Direct. Shipping availability depends on your delivery location and the countries currently supported by Lulu Direct.
