Digital products are delivered electronically, while paperback books are professionally printed on demand and fulfilled through Lulu Direct.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment through downloadable files or secure online access. Because digital content is supplied instantly, customers acknowledge that delivery begins immediately after purchase.

Paperback Books

Paperback books sold through NextGen Reads are printed individually after an order is placed using Lulu Direct's print-on-demand service. Printing and shipping times vary depending on the destination and production schedules. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Personal Use & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all books, illustrations, educational resources, worksheets, designs, logos, graphics, text, and other content available through NextGen Reads are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce our books or resources.
  • Redistribute or share purchased files.
  • Upload products to file-sharing websites.
  • Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content.
  • Modify or create derivative works for resale.
  • Remove copyright notices or branding.

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Prices & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and include taxes where required by law. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. NextGen Reads does not store or have access to your complete payment information. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

Refunds & Cancellations

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Digital Products — Due to the instant delivery of digital content, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

Paperback Books — Because every copy is produced to order through Lulu Direct, cancellations, returns, or refunds are generally not available once printing has begun unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you normally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), this right does not apply to digital content supplied electronically once delivery has begun.

By purchasing digital products from NextGen Reads, you expressly:

  • consent to immediate delivery,
  • acknowledge that delivery begins immediately, and
  • agree that your right of withdrawal ends once access to the digital product has been provided.

Product Availability

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, replace, or update any product without prior notice. Occasionally, products may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or production issues.

Accuracy of Information
